Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Booking Policy Booking: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Once your session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedules are subject to availability.
