In this project I assisted the owner of Gathering Tribes in putting her store online. Gathering tribes had a brick and mortar store in Albany for over 30 years until 2020 when COVID made it impossible have a physical store. I helped with design, graphic support, shopify setup, and technical questions. The store has been running succcessfully 100% online since then. I continue to consult as technical support on as an need basis.
Katie Nehls helped me set up my e-commerce business on Shopify through the entire complicated process. She was available within a few hours of needing her help every time which is important when I was under a deadline, and she is still available whenever I run into a problem or have a question. Her calmness, knowledge, and ability to find every solution greatly reduced my stress level.
